Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Birthdaytutustore encourages costumers to read our shipping policy before placing an order.

All orders have a standard shipping cost of $6.95 (Excluding occasional free shipping promotions)

In order to keep prices low and competitive some orders will be sent out directly from our California, USA facilities, processing & delivery time for these items will be as followed:

Processing time: Approximately 1-3 business days

Shipping & Delivery time:

Approximately 6-9 business days on average (With standard mail)

Approximately 3-4 business days on average (With Expedited mail)

(delivery time can be affected by, holidays, customs, weather ,etc.


Once you have placed an order please allow 1-3 business days for processing once the item has shipped from the suppliers warehouse we will provide you with a tracking number for each item then allow 1-2 business days for tracking to upload.

All other items will be sent out from our US office and will be shipped as following:

Processing time: Approximately 1-3 Days

Delivery Time: vary according to shipping option chosen at checkout.

Carries Used & Cost:

USPS is used to ship all items located in our US office either through first-class mail or priority this will depend on your option choose at checkout. All domestic regular mail orders have a shipping/handling charge of $6.95, (Expedited priority have a different shipping/handling charge of $9.95)

Once an order is received a confirmation email with the packages tracking number will be sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. Please note that on certain circumstances ship time may be delayed due to weather, holidays, lost package etc.

Express Shipping:

birthdaytutustore does not offer overnight shipping, If you choose express shipping at checkout delivery time will be as following:

Standard shipping:6-9 Business days (plus processing time)

Expedited shipping:3-4 Business days (plus processing time)

  • We recommend buyers that are unsure if their order will arrive on time to email costumer support birthdaytutustore@gmail.com , to better assist you.

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). International orders will be sent via USPS with a document location number for customs but not a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. because the postal service wont refund the shipping charges if they already moved the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at birthdaytutustore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
